UPDATE: Blackboard Access Issues

Dear Campus Community,

All current student users should now have access to their Spring 2020 courses in Blackboard.  

Students, if you are still not seeing your course, please log out of your Blackboard account, clear your browser history/cache and log into Blackboard again.  If you still do not have access, please submit a ticket at support.newpaltz.edu or reply to any ticket you already submitted and your ticket will reopen.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage might have caused.  Our records show that this outage lasted for approximately 12 hours from around 12:00am – 12:00pm on March 28th, 2020.
